About Air Haiti

Air Haiti is a community-powered public benefit company focused on improving connectivity between Haiti and its global diaspora through reliable air travel, strategic partnerships, and exceptional customer service. We believe Haiti deserves stronger connections to its people, opportunities, and markets around the world. Our mission is to help reconnect Haiti with the world while creating long-term value for travelers, communities, businesses, and future generations.
The vision for Air Haiti began in 2018. Since then, the founding team has taken gradual steps to build the foundation of the company, including securing strategic digital assets such as AirHaiti.com, conducting market research, and evaluating operational opportunities. In 2026, Air Haiti formally accelerated its development by filing for trademark protection in the United States and incorporating Air Haiti Inc, a Florida company, to advance planning, partnerships, fundraising, and launch preparations.
Air Haiti is currently targeting an initial launch during the third quarter of 2026 (Q3 2026), subject to funding and regulatory requirements as well operational readiness and strategic partnership agreements. Additional announcements regarding routes, schedules, and launch dates will be made soon as key milestones are achieved.

Investing

Air Haiti is currently raising capital through a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity). Eligible investors can review the offering, complete the required documentation, and invest through our investment portal. Early investors may receive more favorable investment terms than those participating in future funding rounds. Please review the offering documents for complete details.
A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is an investment agreement that provides investors with the right to receive equity in a future priced financing round. A SAFE: • Is not a loan • Does not accrue interest • Does not have a maturity date • Converts into equity upon specified triggering events The complete terms are described in the SAFE Agreement provided during the investment process.
The current minimum investment is $1,000. Air Haiti reserves the right to modify minimum investment amounts in future offerings.
Accredited investors generally are not subject to maximum investment limits. Non-accredited investors participating through a Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offering are subject to SEC investment limits based on annual income and net worth. Please consult the offering documents for current eligibility requirements.
Your SAFE may convert into equity upon the occurrence of a qualifying event, including: • A future priced financing round • A merger or acquisition • An initial public offering (IPO) • Other events specified in the SAFE Agreement The specific terms and conversion mechanics are detailed in the SAFE documentation.
Investment funds may currently be submitted via: • ACH bank transfer • Domestic wire transfer • International wire transfer (where applicable) Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Investor Eligibility

An accredited investor is an individual or entity that meets certain financial qualifications established by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Generally, an individual qualifies if they: • Earn more than $200,000 annually ($300,000 jointly with a spouse or partner), or • Have a net worth exceeding $1 million, excluding their primary residence Certain professional license holders may also qualify under SEC rules.
Yes. Non-accredited investors may be eligible to participate through Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offerings, subject to SEC investment limitations and platform requirements.
Investment limits for non-accredited investors are determined by SEC regulations and are generally based on annual income and net worth. Applicable limits will be displayed during the investment process when relevant.

Payments & Transactions

After completing and signing the required investment documents, you will receive detailed ACH or wire transfer instructions. Please follow the instructions carefully and include any required reference numbers to ensure proper processing.
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your investment documents have been completed and your funds have been successfully received and processed.
Investors may generally cancel prior to the transfer of funds. After funds have been received, cancellation rights may be limited and governed by the applicable offering documents and SAFE Agreement. Please contact us for assistance.
